Baby Rock Climbing on Ellen Degeneres Show with help of Swing Set Solutions

If you happened to have seen the Ellen Degeneres Show that aired Monday 9/21/15 you might have caught a segment that featured a rock wall climbing baby named Ellie. The segment was titled "Ellen Meets a Baby Rock Climber". Ellen introduces little baby Ellie that learned how to rock climb at 8 months before she even learned how to walk. At the time of the show baby Ellie is only 1yr old and can climb up a rock wall with ease.

The following segment featuring baby Ellie on the Ellen Degeneres show is titled "Ellie Keeps Climbing". In this segment Ellie receives a special gift from the Ellen Show. The gift is a special bunk style bed suited for Ellie's special abilities. We at Swing Set Solutions were asked by the Ellen Show to build a rock climbing wall that attaches to Ellie's bed. Swing Set Solutions also customized the bed with 6ft Super Slide, a hanging swing and climbing rope. We are proud to have been chosen to be part of this very special television moment.

Family told to un-assemble Swing Set or go to jail

The 1985 film "The Color Purple" was nominated for 11 Academy Awards. But in this case, the color purple could land a Missouri family in jail because it happens to be the color of their Swing Set. Yes, as absurd as this all sounds it is actually a true story.

Mrs Marla Stout said she considered the purple color to be 'harmonious' because it matches the color of the trees in the fall, but her homeowner's association disagreed. They told her to Un-assemble the Swing Set and take it down or face jail time. We received no comment from director Steven Spielberg, Actress Whoopi Goldberg, or Oprah Winfrey on how they feel about all this.

Prince Charles recently renovated his garden at Highgrove into the ultimate playground for his beloved grandchildren. Yes, Prince George and Princess Charlotte can now retreat into their own natural wonderland complete with a refurbished thatched-roof treehouse and shepherd's hut that reportedly cost £18,000 ($28,000).

Prince George has always lived in grand style: first at Kensington Palace in London, and, more recently, to a magnificent estate in the English countryside, with his parents and new baby sister.

But now, 2-year-old Prince George has a new hide away that resembles Peter Pan's never-never land that he can retreat to when royal life gets too stuffy. He’s got his very own treehouse, located in the garden grounds at his grandfather Prince Charles’s country estate, Highgrove. The lavish playground is fitting for a future king to spend many careless days playing and exploring.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Backyard Adventure Park

Reality Star Kim Kardashian and her Rapper husband Kanye West AKA Kimye have recently made some real estate news when they purchased an adjoining property to their hidden hills mansion for $2.925 Million. The celebrity couple seized on the opportunity to buy the neighboring 1.47 acre property to give them further privacy and also use the space for a future backyard playground for their daughter North and pals.

With virtually no budget limitation, we can only imagine the extravagance of Baby North's playground adventure park. For material, many high-end playground designers have opted for Cedar. We would recommend a Polyvinyl coated material because it lasts longer than wood and is much safer (no splinters). We would also recommend rubber mulch as a playground surfacing material for safety and durability.

The property was once owned by none other than Elvis's daughter Lisa Marie Presley. At time of purchase it consisted of a four-bedroom home but Kimye have since demolished it. It originally came to market in July at $2.95 million and was offered for as little as $2.825 million and as much as $2.999 million over the last five months. Presley sold the property in 2011 for $1.2 million, records show.

At 2,842 square feet, the rancher style property paled in comparison to Kardashian and West’s main estate, which spans 15,667 square feet with eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It has one fireplace and a pool while their neighboring manor offers eight fireplaces and two pools.

Safer Fun with Rubber Mulch

Our Rubber Mulch is made from 100% recycled rubber and is far superior to traditional playground surfaces such as wood or sand.

Rubber mulch has a better safety rating than any other ground covers tested by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. It's shock absorbing characteristics have been tested and prove that, from an 8-foot height, a child can fall into a 4-inch layer without serious injury. When installed at a 6-inch depth the safe fall height is increased to 13 feet.

Safety and convenience are what our Rubber Mulch installation is all about. Because it won't blow away, wash away or get packed down, the hassle of reapplying ground cover year after year is minimized. Cost effective, ours lasts at least 8 times longer than traditional playground mulch.
